ITALIAN MENUS

Our Antipasto centerpiece is a sensuous-tasting, colorful display of Mediterranean vegetables and sauces with freshly baked and satisfying focaccia and breads of Italy. Complete this menu with rosemary-scented chicken breasts stuffed with ricotta and spinach, roasted turkey breast delicately stuffed with raisins, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and a lemon-white wine sauce, and the North Atlantic salmon filets with a fresh Ligurian basil-pesto sauce.

 

 

SOUTHWEST MENUS

Hot red and vibrant green chile peppers are the colors of Southwest year-end holidays and the hallmark of our freshly made and robust-flavored dishes honoring the rich traditions of our country’s diverse Latino cultures.  Warm up your winter holiday fiesta with a grilled salmon and its cilantro-pesto sauce, meaty empanadas, mouth-popping jalapeno bites filled with Mexican-spiced cheese. Other antojitos (appetizers) including: quesadillas, tacos, flautas, nachos, Latino shish kebobs, are wonderfully suited for finger foods or hearty eating at the table.

 

 

 

ASIAN MENUS

Gold and Mandarin red are rich holiday hues that frame the exotic, satisfying flavors of Asia and are wonderfully reproduced in our carved duck breast, so tender and flavorful with steamed dumplings, crispy wontons, chicken and beef skewers surrounded by Asian sauces and crispy, fresh vegetables from the Orient.
